2. What we store

Consent preference (localStorage): When you click "Accept" or "Refuse" on our cookie banner, we store your choice in localStorage under the key qartivus_cookie_consent. This lets us remember your preference on future visits without showing the banner again. No cookie is set for this, we use localStorage by design.

Contact selections (localStorage): When you add services or pricing options to the contact form from the site, we store those choices in localStorage under the key qartivus-contact-basket. This prefills the contact form if you open another page or come back later on the same browser. The data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers until you submit the form. After a successful submission, this draft is removed automatically. You can clear it anytime via your browser's site data settings for qartivus.com.

Essential cookies: Our site may use session or strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality (e.g. security, load balancing). These cannot be disabled if you want the site to work correctly.

Analytics (optional, if enabled): If you accept optional cookies, we may use analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers by default.

3. Your choice and withdrawing consent

On your first visit, you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored locally so we remember it. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for qartivus.com and refreshing the page. The cookie banner will reappear and you can choose again.
