Qartivus is a software engineering company that builds custom software, SaaS products, backend systems, and scalable infrastructure. This website (qartivus.com) is our marketing and contact hub. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Permitted use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only browsing our services, reading our blog, and contacting us about projects. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, API, or data.

4. Contact form and project inquiries

When you submit our contact form (name, email, company, service interest, and message), you must consent to our Privacy Policy before we can process your inquiry. Your data is sent to our backend for storage and to our email via Google Apps Script. You grant us the right to use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and for related business purposes. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CDPA). We do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Requests to export or erase contact data are handled as in our Privacy Policy (email verification; after confirmation, fulfillment and JSON delivery by email where applicable). Before you submit, the site may save a draft of your service selections in your browser (localStorage) so the contact form can be prefilled. That draft stays on your device until you send the form or clear site data; see our Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy.

5. Blog and third-party content

Our blog shares insights and perspectives on custom software, SaaS, and building systems that work. Content is served from our API and may be updated from time to time. The opinions expressed are ours and do not constitute professional, legal, or business advice.
